How often does the spring testing need to be calibrated and how to calibrate?

Standard dynamometer calibration 


1. Tool: A set of standard dynamometers, select the sensor range of the dynamometer according to the range of the sensor to be calibrated,

and try to make the two sensors close to each other to improve the calibration accuracy.

2. Step: You must follow this step to calibrate. If the order of the steps is reversed, the calibration will fail.

(1) After power on, the system automatically enters the main menu, press “1” to enter the “test interface”, adjust the distance between the upper

and lower pressure plates, and put the dynamometer sensor between the two pressure plates. Adjust the platen with the electronic handwheel so

that the upper platen is close to the dynamometer sensor, but do not touch. Change the speed to 5mm/min, the speed should not be too large,

and the larger speed may cause the sensor to be overloaded.
(2) Press “4” to enter “factory setting” and the password is “007”. Use the navigation keys to point the arrow to “2. Calibration force value” and press

the “Modify” button. When the white input box appears on the line, the motor is controlled by the electronic handwheel to apply pressure to the

dynamometer sensor, which is generally pressed to the sensor range to be calibrated. About half of it, stop lifting. Enter the force value displayed by

the dynamometer (for example: 10N for the machine, 5N for the intermediate value, 5N for the dynamometer after pressure is applied, 5000 if the “3. Decimal

Places” is set to 3), press “OK” key". After this step is completed, the calibration factor is automatically calculated and displayed in “3. Calibration Factor”.
(3) Press “Set” to return to the main menu, press “1” to enter “1. Test interface”. Press the upper pressure plate to release the pressure. Press the “clear

force” button to lower the pressure plate and observe whether the displayed force value is consistent with the force value displayed by the force gauge.

If it is inconsistent, the accurate calibration coefficient can be obtained according to the formula. The calculation formula of the calibration coefficient is:

calibration coefficient=current calibration coefficient*dynamometer display force value÷measuring force value. Then enter the "factory settings" and change

the "3. Calibration factor" to the calculated value. Repeat this step until the displayed force value matches the force displayed by the dynamometer.
(4) The indication error, repeatability, and linearity of the different pressure detecting sensors are applied.
